PARTNERS/AFFILIATES

Partners:

We deal with introducers who are classified as “Partners” if they are closing/completing at least two transactions with us per month. If you want to become a partner, you need to send us an email requesting a partnership status. This status is ideal for mortgage brokers and estate agents. There is no fee to join! Partners may charge their clients additional fee which MUST be notified to us in advance. We routinely pay our partners $1,000 dollars per transaction. We remit/credit such funds within 7 days after closing/completion.

Affiliate Status:

The “Affiliate” status is for introducers who only find buyers for our home once in a while. We routinely pay Affiliates $500 USD per successful transaction. Affiliates must apply for this status and be fully registered with us otherwise commissions are not paid to such introducers. There is no registration fee.

Direct Buyers:

Buyers who come to us to purchase their homes are NOT paid any discount on such homes/property.

Investor Status:

Investors buying several homes will be eligible to receive $1,000 dollars commission per home purchased only after the first 5 home purchases through/from us.
